JBC Planning & Engineering, LLC has recently been selected by GreenbergFarrow to provide planning and engineering services for two (2) new Ameris Bank sites located along Lane Avenue at the St. Johns Town Center, in Jacksonville, Florida. The scope of services includes; site investigation and site planning, concurrency services, final site engineering and permitting, and contract administration services.
JBC Planning & Engineering, Inc. was given a Notice-to-Proceed on March 15, 2007 with final engineering services anticipated to be completed by Summer 2007. |

JBC Planning & Engineering, LLC was selected to perform planning and engineering services for two (2) new area schools by W.G. Mills Construction and JSA Architects, Inc. JBC Planning & Engineering, LLC is a subconsultant to both firms on these projects. The new schools include a new High School "AAA", located in the southeast portion of Jacksonville, Florida and a new K-8 School, located on the Westside of Jacksonville at 103rd Street. Each school will require site planning, engineering and permitting services.
